This release focuses on pricing, submissions, project oversight, and giving your team more AI power to work with. Here's what's new.

Governed pricing documents

Managing your commercial proposal (P&L) is now safer and clearer. Every time you upload a new pricing version, Parrot keeps the previous ones — nothing gets overwritten. You can mark which version is approved, by whom, and add comments, so there's never any confusion about which price is the one going out the door.

A more complete export package

When it's time to submit, Parrot's export package now pulls together everything related to your bid — documents, responses, clarifications, pricing, and more — into one well-organised, easy-to-navigate archive. It's built to be a lasting record of the bid, even long after the tender has closed.

Better project oversight

Managing day-to-day tasks across a bid team is easier with new Tasks, Kanban, and Gantt views, plus an improved Progress overview that shows at a glance what's on track and what needs attention.

More tenders, one place

Parrot now sources tenders not just from TED, but also from TenderNed, so Dutch public tenders show up alongside the rest — one dashboard, more opportunities, no extra manual searching.

More AI choice

We've added support for additional AI providers (including EU-hosted, open-weight models), giving you more flexibility in how Parrot generates content. We've also introduced a way to test and compare different AI models side by side, so you can see which performs best for your needs.

AI-suggested clarification questions

Not sure if a tender document has gaps, contradictions, or ambiguities worth raising with the buyer? Parrot can now scan your tender documents and suggest clarification questions automatically, giving your team a head start on spotting issues before they become problems.

Clearer document version tracking

When a tender document gets updated mid-process, Parrot now clearly shows what changed between versions, so nothing gets missed when a new version replaces an old one.

Announcements and deadlines, front and centre

Your project homepage now includes an announcements feed for important updates (from your organisation or from Parrot), plus a compact deadline calendar showing upcoming submission and clarification dates across all your projects — so key dates are never a surprise.

Share documents with your customer, your way

Sometimes you need to share a document with the customer that isn't tied to a specific question — a brochure, a reference letter, a case study. There's now a simple place to upload and manage these general documents, alongside all your other customer-facing attachments, all in one view.
