We've been busy improving how Parrot IQ helps you find, understand, and win tenders. Here's what's new in this release.

Connect your own cloud storage

Parrot IQ can now sync directly with your organisation's SharePoint, OneDrive, or Google Drive. Point Parrot at the folders where your knowledge base already lives, and it keeps itself up to date automatically — no more manually re-uploading documents every time something changes.

Smarter question extraction

Uploading an RFP or tender document just got more reliable. Parrot's AI is better at spotting and pulling out the actual questions you need to answer, even from complex or inconsistently formatted documents — saving your team time at the start of every bid.

Reuse your best answers

Won a similar tender before? You can now link past projects as reference material, and Parrot will automatically suggest relevant answers from those earlier responses when drafting new ones. Less rewriting, more consistency across your submissions.

Meet your new AI assistant

A built-in AI chat assistant is now available throughout Parrot to help answer questions about how to use the platform — think of it as a support agent that's always on hand, right inside the app.

Fewer things falling through the cracks

Behind the scenes, we've added automatic monitoring that flags issues early and can raise a support ticket on your behalf, so problems get noticed and resolved faster — often before you even notice something was wrong.

Requirements, made manageable

For tenders with detailed compliance or technical requirements, there's now a dedicated Requirements Register. It extracts requirements from your documents, helps your team assess and review each one, and keeps everything organised in one place instead of scattered across spreadsheets.

Peace of mind on storage and backups

We've added tools to keep an eye on how much storage your organisation is using, so capacity planning is easier. We've also stood up a full disaster recovery environment, with data automatically and continuously copied from our production systems — an extra layer of protection for your data.

Routine housekeeping, automated

Database maintenance now runs automatically in the background, keeping the platform fast and reliable without any manual intervention.
