We didn't build Parrot IQ in a vacuum. It was built by Parrot Consulting, an independent IT and business consultancy with decades of hands-on experience navigating competitive bids, complex sales cycles, and large-scale IT transformations across Western Europe. We knew the problem directly — the hours lost reading documents that AI could summarise in minutes, the institutional knowledge that walked out the door with people, the questionnaire rounds managed over email and shared drives with no single source of truth.
